This autumn, we celebrated a small anniversary: 20 years on the market. And for our birthday, we gave ourselves three gifts 🎁. In addition to a truly successful company celebration, we also have new offices that better meet our current needs. And last but not least, a new ATS system, Recru.
The original ATS had been with us since the very beginning of the company. For many years, it reliably fulfilled its role, but it gradually ceased to correspond to how we work at DRILL today and what we need for recruitment processes. The time had naturally come for an evolutionary change.
As Václav Kadeřábek, founder and managing partner of the company, says: “Our goal was to simplify administration, make candidate selection and communication more efficient, and automate processes where it makes sense, meaningfully involving AI. We were therefore looking for a flexible system that would give us a better overview and room for further development across the entire DRILL Group.”
The changes do not only concern technology, however. The new offices better reflect the way we operate today and, at the same time, represent a pleasant boost for the entire team. Furthermore, the move, together with the transition to the new system, has a very practical effect—both changes contribute to the optimization of operating costs.
And we are not stopping there. Right at the beginning of 2026, we expect the integration of the ATS into our website, thanks to which all currently open positions will be clearly available online.
Looking back at our anniversary year is also an opportunity for us to thank all our colleagues, clients, and partners for their trust and long-term cooperation. It is thanks to them that we can continue to develop DRILL, improve our services, and implement changes that have a real impact.
