We consider the protection of your personal data to be one of our priorities, as it helps build a long-term relationship based on mutual trust. We fully respect your right to the protection of the personal data you entrust to us, and it is our duty to inform you about how we will process your personal data and what your rights are.

Scope and Purpose of Processing Provided Personal Data

By providing your personal data within the scope of the completed contact details and information provided in your professional CV (hereinafter referred to as “personal data”), you give consent to DRILL® B.S., spol. s r.o., with its registered office at Hvězdova 870/39, 140 00 Prague 4, ID No.: 211 91 522 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller” or the “Company”) for their processing, which includes:

    • storage in a recruitment database and sharing them with other companies within the DRILL® Group (DRILL® Management, spol. s r.o., QUICKSOURCE® spol. s r.o.), and automated searching within the recruitment database,
    • provision to clients for whom the Controller or another company of the DRILL® Group is searching for suitable employees to fill required positions.

The purpose of processing personal data is exclusively the mediation of employment or another similar labor-law relationship for your person.
Your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes.
Only consultants of the DRILL® Group companies will have access to your personal data stored in the recruitment database as part of the search for suitable candidates for our clients.
At the moment we identify a suitable job position corresponding to your profile, we will contact you and, with your knowledge, provide the personal data to the designated client (potential employer).
The security of the recruitment database and other technical measures for the protection of personal data are ensured in accordance with the relevant provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).

Period for Which Personal Data Will Be Processed

Your personal data will be processed and stored in the recruitment database for the purpose of further employment mediation until your consent to their processing is withdrawn.

Withdrawal of Consent

Your consent to the processing of the provided data is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time.
Upon withdrawal of Consent, your personal data will be deleted from our recruitment database without undue delay.
The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of your personal data during the period for which this consent was granted.

Rights of the Data Subject

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you, as a data subject, have the right to:

    • Access to personal data and related information, including the scope of personal data held, the method of their processing, their recipients, etc.
    • Rectification of personal data – in the event of an update to the provided data, you always have the option to inform us of these changes and additions,
    • Erasure of personal data – with the same consequences as the withdrawal of Consent, where the controller is obliged to erase personal data without undue delay,
    • Object to the processing of personal data,
    • Restriction of processing,
    • Data portability – i.e., the right to have personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your rights have been violated.

Exercise of Rights

In accordance with Article 37 of the General Data Protection Regulation, a Data Protection Officer has been appointed within the DRILL® Group, whom you may contact via the email address poverenec@drill.cz regarding all matters related to the processing of your personal data, particularly with requests to withdraw Consent to the processing of personal data or requests to exercise the other rights mentioned above.
