Financial compensation is usually determined in the form of multiples of a monthly salary, or a percentage of the annual salary of the position sought, or a fixed contractual price. This amount is only invoiced if a suitable candidate is successfully found and an employment contract is signed. Until this point, all DRILL® Recruitment services are free of charge.
To find suitable candidates, we use our own extensive database, international industry databases, specialized advertising, contacts from professional conferences and seminars, cooperation with educational institutions and professional social networks. Where appropriate, we also use the resources of specialist companies within the DRILL® Group, which is particularly useful when we need to identify scarce and highly specialised professionals.
Interested candidates are invited to a personal interview. We find out their motivation to change jobs, check their qualifications, personal and professional competences, management skills and ability to adapt to your company’s environment. We provide feedback to each candidate and keep you informed of the interview results.
In the event that an employee is terminated within the guarantee period provided by us, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
